If you EVER lead anything, especially trad.. PLEASE wear a helmet. I’m really disappointed in myself that it took me a horrific event experiencing/witnessing something today to realize how much a helmet can save a life. I will forever wear one when I lead now, and please wear one too… along with all your partners. You won’t regret it. So much sh*t can happen in two seconds...

Oh God… just realized I handed out a bunch of my business cards to every dirtbag climber in JTree today. I blame Preston for spraining his ankle, ending climbing for the day… which leads to the beer… ending in me being friendly to every person I see walking by.
